Reconsideration of Value: What You Need to Know Before the Deadline

Reconsideration of Value (ROV) is a process that allows appraisers to review and revise their determinations of value based on additional information or evidence. According to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, lenders will be required to have a consistent framework for handling ROVs by the end of October 2024.

In this webinar, you will learn about the new requirements for developing ROV processes, and how CoreLogic is updating Mercury Network to help accommodate these workflow shifts. You will also get a chance to ask your questions to our panel of experts, who have extensive experience and knowledge in ROV and valuation standards.

This webinar will feature an overview of Reconsideration of Valuation from Shawn Telford, Chief Valuation Officer at CoreLogic. Afterwards, Mercury Network’s Dana Hill, Sr. Director, Product Management, Oder Management Solutions, and Kelly Langdon, Principal, Product Management, will walk you through the enhancements CoreLogic has made to the Mercury Network platform to further support the ROV initiative. The webinar will be moderated by William Gillis, Sr. Director, Product Marketing, Origination Solutions at CoreLogic.
