At FNOL, direct claim referrals are made to HOMEE to immediately dispatch vetted service providers (Pros) to support your policyholder during their claim experience. HOMEE is equipped to manage both emergency and non-emergency claim scenarios. HOMEE’s diagnostic and inspection workflows allow the Policyholder and the Pro to communicate in real-time to schedule, inspect, and create an estimate. The Adjuster will be provided documentation to assess the cause of loss quickly from within your own claim software environment. Once the estimate is approved, the HOMEE Pro completes the repairs. Throughout the entire process, the Pro can upload supporting documents, photos, and enter notes to record progress which is shared with the Policyholder and the Adjuster.
