Edward Martinez holds the title of Director, Industry Solutions at CoreLogic.
Edward started with Marshall & Swift®️ in 1993 where he worked with the late Joe Marshall and Frank Swift. He managed the Technical Support Department, working closely with assessors and appraisers across the United States and Canada.
This led to becoming a Marshall & Swift trainer and a cost approach subject matter expert where he helped design and deliver Marshall & Swift-certified curriculums for assessors and appraisers that are AQB and IDECC approved. Edward has also authored several blogs for CoreLogic on insurance as well as the cost approach.
Today, Edward continues conducting best practice training sessions and works as an advisor to companies looking to maximize their skills and knowledge of Marshall & Swift in cost valuation. He is also a frequent speaker and presenter at IAAO conferences and has been a IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor.
