Our Support of the LGBTQ+ Community earned an 80/100 on the Corporate Equality Index
At CoreLogic, we are stronger not just because of our unmatched property data but because of our differences and the individual experiences we each bring to work every day. We value individuality, diversity, inclusiveness, and equity as part of our workplace culture. In fact, we believe this so strongly that “Be Yourself” is one of our core values.
That is why we are proud to have achieved a score of 80 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is the gold standard for measuring LGBTQ+ workplace equality and equity, and this achievement reflects our dedication to being an inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment.
The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:
- Non-discrimination policies across business entities
- Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families
- Supporting an inclusive culture
- Corporate social responsibility
Achieving workplace equity and equality is an ongoing pursuit. Therefore, we are committed to taking a thoughtful approach in how we improve company culture. In our pursuit of evolving CoreLogic’s culture, we have focused on adding more inclusive benefits, providing a welcoming environment, and inviting employees to bring their authentic selves to work.
We Are Proud of PRIDE’s Strides Toward Workplace Equity
One transformational addition to our support network for LGBTQ+ employees started in 2018 when our employees formed our PRIDE Network. This employee resource group (ERG) has since increased the visibility of our LGBTQ+ employees and allies as well as provided them with platforms for education and avenues to celebrate diversity.
CoreLogic’s PRIDE ERG has established annual Pride Days where participants can participate in a celebratory shoebox parade as well as numerous pride recognition days that help employees feel unity and acceptance across the organization.
In 2023, along with 333 other U.S. companies, CoreLogic proudly signed the Business Statement Opposing Anti-LGBTQ State Legislation to publicly demonstrate our company’s continued commitment to protecting the rights of all LGBTQ+ people and their families. We actively support the mitigation of more than 500+ anti-LGBTQ+ bills introduced in U.S. state legislatures over the course of that year.
In 2022, CoreLogic signed the Business Coalition for the Equality Act, joining more than 500 U.S. companies in support of federal legislation that would provide the same basic protections for LGBTQ+ people as are provided for other protected groups under federal law.
