CoreLogic company benefits put people first every day

At CoreLogic®, we firmly believe in the power of giving back to the communities that have played a pivotal role in our journey. And our dedication to social responsibility isn’t just a slogan; it’s a core value that drives our mission to remain a great place to work for our employees.
To that end, Sept. 8, 2023, marked the first annual CoreLogic Cares Day, a remarkable global volunteer initiative that brought together over 2,000 employees from six different countries to make a positive impact in the world.
Global Reach, Local Impact
CoreLogic’s global volunteer day inspired employees from our offices across the United States and Canada and the United Kingdom, India, Australia, and New Zealand, to come together to serve their local communities. This global reach reflects not only the scope of CoreLogic’s influence in the real estate technology industry but also the depth of our commitment to caring for the world around us.
Our employees engaged in a diverse range of volunteer activities, each chosen to address critical needs in their respective communities. Whether it was cleaning up a beach, lending a hand at a food or book bank, preparing school supplies for foster children, serving meals at local food kitchens, visiting a retirement home, or joining forces to build houses, our volunteers embraced the opportunity to make a meaningful difference, knowing that giving back is a company benefit we wholeheartedly support.
Putting People First Makes for a Great Place to Work
At the heart of our global volunteer day initiative is the belief that people are our most valuable asset. By encouraging our employees to take paid time-off to volunteer, we empower them to connect with their communities, foster teamwork, and experience the joy that comes from making a difference in the world. It reflects our commitment to putting people first, a cornerstone of why CoreLogic is considered a great place to work.
“As a remote worker, having the opportunity to get out into my community to give back was a particular joy. And so was having the chance to collaborate with colleagues in person. There was something special about knowing so many of us came together on the same day to make a difference.”
Sara Warner, Product Marketing, CoreLogic.
We regularly encourage our employees to take time to give back and actively support their local communities. Volunteer paid time-off is just one of the many benefits that exemplify the CoreLogic difference. We understand that happy, engaged employees are more productive, and we offer a comprehensive range of company benefits to ensure that our team members have the support and flexibility they need to balance work and life. It’s another way we demonstrate that CoreLogic cares about our people and the communities they live in.
Joining Forces Today for a Brighter Tomorrow
As we reflect on our first CoreLogic Cares Day, we are humbled by the dedication and passion demonstrated by our employees. Their enthusiasm for making a difference, their willingness to come together as a team, and their commitment to CoreLogic’s values reaffirm our belief that when we put people first, remarkable things happen.
CoreLogic cares, not only about our employees’ wellbeing but also about the communities we call home. It’s a commitment that sets us apart and makes us proud to be a great place to work.
We invite you to join us in this journey, where we work together to build stronger, more vibrant communities, and put people first every step of the way.
